Alex received lots of gifts. So many that he wont know what to do with them all. For awhile his favorite gift was the string on the balloon...chewing on it of course.

Alex's first Birthday was alot of fun! Neighbors. friends, and coworkers shared the special day with us.

Alex Talks

Alex has a couple of words that he says now. He says datee for daddy, mama, and dity for stinky. He or Frank and I sniff his feet and say dity! He laughs and laughs thinking he is hilarious.(and he is!) Yesterday he started to really show me that he enjoys story time. He brings me a book and crawls into my lap. I love it! After I read it he trows the book and gets another one. He use to just play with books by stacking them up and knocking them down, now he knows what they are really for . I was so excitted. His 1st birthday is coming up in one week. I cant beleive how fast time flys. My baby is growing up!!!

Grandma Nan, grandpa Scott, and Great grandma Nory all came to visit for the 4th of July. We shopped, ate out and went to a movie. Mostly we played with Alex and the grandma's taught him how to crawl. Now he is crawling and is all over the place. It is hard to keep up with him and is quite the chore.
